1:1 Personalised Coaching

A 12-week 1:1 program for women ready to break free from an unhealthy relationship with food and body, helping you learn to eat without guilt or fear of losing control.


Led by Linda, a Coach and Therapist with a BSc in Applied Psychology, this program is designed to provide you with a brave, confidential, and judgment-free space so you can finally feel good enough and become your healthiest and happiest self.

My method

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all model when it comes to breaking free from disordered eating and body image issues. We need to take a holistic approach that addresses both the physical and psychological aspects keeping you stuck in the cycle, as well as lifestyle factors. We all have different triggers, our brains are wired differently, and we have different reasons why we fell into the cycle in the first place. Therefore, I take a personalised approach when working with each client. 

 Through my unique coaching approach, I pull together and offer you what I’ve found to be the most effective for healing your relationship with food and body.
